Making up between 15% and 20% of the UK population, neurodiversity is becoming a subject area in which people are beginning to understand. But how can lenders ensure they have the right communication strategies in place for customers who often have wildly different and complex needs. In this session, we’ll explore:

- How do we deal with a customer in a way that meets their needs while also getting the right outcomes for the business.
