Dr. Sue Smith brings over 30 years of commercial expertise developed through extensive managerial experience within leading household-name organisations, including Accenture, Punch Retail, Tarmac, Stagecoach, and Granada. She has a proven track record of delivering results in senior operational leadership and Non-Executive Director roles across a range of sectors.
In addition to her corporate career, Dr. Smith founded and successfully ran her own leadership development and executive coaching consultancy for 13 years. Following the completion of her doctoral research focused on business and executive coaching, she continues to coach and mentor senior executives through her private practice, supporting leaders and entrepreneurs to enhance both their personal performance and the performance of the organisations they lead.
Driven by a strong commitment to lifelong learning and professional development, Dr. Smith recently completed an MSc in Psychology. Her research explored the Impostor Phenomenon, involving in-depth interviews with business leaders from diverse sectors to understand how they recognise, manage, and overcome feelings of imposterism.
