I could tell you I am a leader, a businessman, with this qualification or that experience, so on, so on… but what I want you to know is this.

I am a people person; I don’t believe in work-life balance, only life. I don’t believe in hierarchy or structure – just meaningful interaction. We get so hung up on linear promotion, titles and roles, set ways of doing things…. WHY? We are human, as far as we know, only here once.
