Katie has forged an award-winning career in Human Resources, specialising in Reward, Pay and Benefits. She is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and a graduate member of CIPP, with a diverse portfolio of experience, from corporate roles managing large scale change initiatives to supporting small businesses and charities with employment issues on a freelance basis

She currently works for Bupa, leading Pay Services & Wellbeing Benefits as part of the wider People Experience space.

A vocal advocate for financial wellbeing, Katie has been instrumental in implementing various initiatives making every pound of pay count, including the roll-out of Earned Wage Access and auto-save for Bupa colleagues.

Outside of work, Katie is an Amazon best-selling author and mental health campaigner.
