Alexandra Jolly is Partnerships Director for 100% Human at work, a global initiative housed by Virgin Unite, the corporate foundation of Virgin and the Branson Family. 100% Human at Work is a collection of ~500 organisations who believe that the future of work is still being defined, creating space for those who are entrepreneurial, brave and challenging enough to collectively find solutions that are good for business and good for humanity. Alexandra joined Virgin Unite after a decade working in the non-profit space, exploring questions around the role of leadership in driving cross-sector, systemic change. Alexandra’s work is directed at global audiences, currently focused on bringing questions around the future of work to audiences in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.
