Stuart is a Partner in Ellason LLP where he leads the organisations Employee Reward Advisory business.
Stuart is a highly experienced, international reward and performance consultant with a track record of nearly 30 years as an advisor and business leader. He is recognised for delivering pragmatic and impactful reward programmes and solutions across a diverse range of expertise areas. This includes reward strategy design and implementation as well as its component parts including job evaluation, job families and grade structures, base pay systems, variable pay and performance management.
Stuart has also been one of Europe’s leading experts and most prolific writers on pay transparency and pay equity across the EU in recent years and he has delivered education sessions and workshops on this topic for employers around the world. He has also worked extensively with employers across the region to help them prepare for the practical demands of the new pay transparency regulations.
In addition to working extensively with employers of all sizes in the UK, Stuart has led and supported many large international reward projects in locations as diverse as the USA, Nigeria, Japan, South Africa, Hungary and Russia, as well as all of the main commerce areas in Western Europe. He has worked with organisations across a wide range of sectors including automotive, oil and gas, technology, media, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, financial services, defence and the public sector.
